Tom Huggins has built a fascinating winery in the mid-Willamette Valley. Eola makes several ranges of wines: the Oak Grove line of good value wines that are poured in many area restaurants, a basic value line for grocery stores, a reserve line of fine Pinot noir and Chardonnay, a range of late harvest dessert wines that receive awards year after year. and a range of traditional red varietals (Cabernet Sauvignon, Zinfandel, Merlot) with the richness associated with hotter climates.

The winery features a popular restaurant with a consistently crowded Sunday brunch. Tom has successfully attracted some of the best known winemakers in Oregon, including Ken Wright (now with his own Ken Wright Cellars) and Joe Dobbes (now winemaker at Willamette Valley Vineyards).
