Jean's Kitchen Sink

Cuneo Cellars is all over my sink this week-their light summer red Dolcetto, their amazingly cheap gushingly rich 99 Bordeaux Blend, their almost as cheap 2000 Bordeaux Blend (even better than the 99), and their luscious Syrah 01.

Yow- I'd always liked Gino Cuneo's wines but had not been able to get them very often- he always was selling out at the winery, where he is well known for his bounteous Italianate dinner events.

But the winery has expanded, and there is now enough wine that you, our wonderful customers across the country, can try his lovely quaffers. The wines are gushingly over the top rich, with a sensuous, Italian style richness, ripe luscious tannins, just wonderful wines. And the prices are so low- here's a chance to grab some bargains if you like lush, big big reds.

Big Red Few Bucks!

Cuneo Cellars
Bordeaux Blend 99

$16.99

A steal at $30, this is a miracle at this price!

Come and see us
this Summer!

The summer weather here is wonderful, it's calm and rural and slow moving except in Portland and Seattle, the wine country is still farmland instead of Disneyland, you often get to taste wine with owners or winemakers, there's lots of outdoor activities, etc etc. In brief- this is a great summer to visit Oregon or Washington!

Email us if you are interested in coming out and let us know where you want to go, and we'll try to help with a little personal assistance- wher the locals go, places that don't show up in the guidebooks, etc.

Coming in July!
